More Reasons for Getting Enough Sleep

Sleep is finally getting the respect it deserves. More and more of us are realizing that to stay healthy, to feel better; to be alert and ready for anything, we need to be getting enough sleep. Though experts say there is no “magic number” in terms of how much sleep you should be getting researchers say the top number should be around 8.5 hours a night. Different age groups need different amounts, and sleep needs change over our lifetime.
